RIMBAUD (2) kicked off this campaign with a win two runs ago. Not as effective last time out when second over 6f at Doomben, beaten 3 lengths. Ideally placed and is sure to bounce back to form. PRIVATE TENDER (3) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Warwick but raced below expectations last time over 6½f at Sunshine Coast, finishing tenth and beaten 4.5 lengths. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. ROLLING ROCK (7) was well in commission last start over 5½f at Lismore when fourth, beaten 2.25 lengths. Deserves another chance. HIT (12) tackled city class last start when 13th over 6¾f at Doomben. Winning rider Sean Cormack stays aboard. One of the better hopes.
