Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. GREY EFFECTS (3) recorded his first win when resuming last start over 5½f at Murwillumbah, getting home by 1.5 lengths. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Looms as one of the hardest to beat again. CURRY LEGEND (13) used the low draw last time and bounced straight to the lead, turning in front before fading to finish fourth over 6f at Kilcoy. Will push forward and is among the chances. CRIMSON SKY (8) was in the firing line on the turn and finished third last time over 5½f at Lismore when resuming from a lay-off, beaten 0.9 lengths. Placed to advantage and can run a bold race.
