ALPINE KANDY (10) was fresh from a break of five months last start when beaten 2 lengths into third over 1m at Goulburn. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Winning chance. RUFUS WINRIGHT (9) ran a better race last start to finish a close third over 1m3f at Dubbo after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. BINKOU (8) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when fifth over 1m2 1/2f at Hawkesbury. Beautifully placed and is sure to take a ton of beating. Finds a nice race and can atone.
