ELRONTE (6) held on well to finish third when when resuming from a break last time out over 5f at Toowoomba after leading for much of the way. Rates highly and will be hard to peg back. DARLING TAKE CARE (4) finished third at Gold Coast two runs back but was less effective last time over 5f at Gold Coast, finishing 5 lengths back in sixth. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and two minor placings. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. CALL TO COURAGE (7) was a determined maiden winner last time out, scoring by 0. 7 lengths over 5½f at Lismore. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Shaping up nicely and she is definitely worth including. EXTREME SPIRIT (1) drifted back and never threatened when sixth last start over 6f at Ipswich. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
