Race Tip

EAGLE HAWK STAR (1) returns after a lay-off of six months. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 5½f at Lismore. Rates highly and is likely to be prominent. EAGLE'S FIRE (6) hit the frame two starts ago at this track but ran below par last time when 11th and beaten 15 lengths over 5½f at Gold Coast. Worth noting Nozi Tomizawa goes aboard. Finds an easier assignment and can turn things around. QICKWIT (11) went forward and gave a great sight when second over 5½f at Gatton last time out. Should enjoy a good run just off the speed. Sure to give a great sight. BACK ON DE QUO (7) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end but missed the frame most recently when sixth over 5f at Gold Coast. Will find this a little easier than last time. Solid claims on best form.
