Sure to prove hard to beat. FIERCE FLIGHT (3) opened the campaign with a respectable third (2m1f) at Hamilton then last start could only manage fifth in a hurdle (2m5f) at Sandown-Lakeside 14 days ago. Must be respected. RAISE THE NOTE (4) finished second in a (2m2f) at Coleraine. Couldn't emulate that effort last time out, beaten 14 lengths into fifth (2m5f) at Sandown-Lakeside. Hard to leave out. BROADFIELD (7) returns from a 63-day lay-off. Concluded the last campaign finishing sixth (2m1 1/4f) at Warrnambool, beaten 35 lengths. Yet to win over the obstacles from three attempts. Sure to acquit himself well.
