AUTUMN CHARM (3) was given a short break after hitting the frame over 5½f at Geelong. Kept ticking over with a subsequent trial at Flemington. Sure to make her presence felt. FIRM'N'HIGH (9) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at her second outing when in the firing line on the bend, finishing 2. 75 lengths from the winner in third at the end of 5f at Terang. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. VELOCITE BELLE (14) settled in the leading division on debut last start but wilted close to home and finished fourth, beaten 2 lengths, over 5½f at Geelong. Has ability and must be respected. BLUE JEANS TALK (5) returned from a lay-off three weeks ago when she was beaten 4. 5 lengths into seventh over 5½f at Pakenham. Fitter and sure to run well.
