EIRE OF FORTUNE (10) opened this campaign last start with a third, beaten 0. 9 lengths, over 6f at Colac. Race sets up well for her. SECOND FIX (12) settled well back last start and never threatened when 11 lengths from the winner in 14th over 1m at Morphettville. Finds a nice race and can get the job done. BIT OF SHOOSH (13) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a lay-off on September 28, finishing 11th and beaten 7 lengths over 7½f at Mornington. Worth plenty of thought. ULTRA BLUE (2) finished 4 lengths back in sixth over 6½f at Sandown-Hillside last time out after a gutsy win two runs back. Yet to miss the frame from four starts at the trip, including a win and cannot be taken lightly.
