GOLD THUNDER (13) sat on the pace last time and battled on well to finish 1. 1 lengths from the winner in third over 5f at Werribee. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Should be involved in the finish. SEE NO CITY (3) did very well to fill a minor placing when resuming at Seymour but raced below expectations last time over 6f at Seymour, finishing ninth and beaten 6 lengths. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
