LAVANDULA (5) couldn't have been more impressive when resuming last start when she scored by 4 lengths over 5f at this track. Yet to be beaten at this trip from two starts and is all set to make it two-for-two this prep. DEMOJO (1) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by 0. 8 lengths over 5f at Mildura. Open to plenty of improvement and can go on with it. EL SALTO (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 5f at this track, beaten 6 lengths into fifth after being prominent at the bend. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. BUBION (12) strode forward early from her wide draw over 6f in the LR William Crockett Stakes at Moonee Valley last time before fading to finish 12th. Will find this much easier. Well placed and not to be discounted.
