GLOBAL ECLIPSE (4) held on well to finish third when when resuming from a break last time out over 1m at Cranbourne after leading for much of the way. Sure to go well. MAXXI BON (5) is backing up eight days after finishing third over 1m at Sale. Good effort last start and will be hard to beat. MATERAZZI (11) was comfortably accounted for when sixth last time out over 1m at Caulfield, beaten 14 lengths. That followed a win at Kilmore at the previous outing. Will enjoy a drop in class so he is a major player. WAY UP HIGH (16) was beaten 9 lengths into 11th over 1m3f at Donald last time out. Has her share of ability and is a top-three prospect.
