ESPECIAL COURAGE (13) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when she settled well back over 7f at Wodonga, beaten 8 lengths into 11th. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. UNDER MY THUMB (1) is a progressive five-year-old mare who hasn't raced since finishing third over 5f136yards at Geelong on May 9. Fitter for two subsequent trials, including a win. Has never missed the frame when fresh from a lay-off in two starts. Goes very well at this journey, boasting two wins from four starts and is one of the better hopes.
