TRIO (1) was a winner over 1m at this track last time out, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to score by a neck. William Pike has scored on him two times and is back in the saddle. Well placed and should be in the finish. LOMBADINA (9) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing fifth last start over 1m2 1/2f at this track eight weeks ago. Settles back early but winds up late. Winning claims on best figures.
