Fitter for a winning trial at Lark Hill. Expected to run a big race from a favourable draw. BRAVE WASP (1) ran on strongly only to just miss when fresh from a lay-off as favourite last start over 5½f at Albany. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. LIKE CLOCKWORK (5) wasted no time getting off the mark on debut over 5f at Bunbury four weeks ago. Has upside and is among the chances again. WHY SHE STAYED (6) accounted for a maiden field over 5f at Bunbury last start, finishing 1. 3 lengths ahead of the nearest rival. Re-unites with Victoria Corver who was on board last start. Harder this time but still one to consider.
