EL PATRON (1) stuck on well last start to finish second over 7½f at this track after showing good early speed. Goes up a rung or two but he is up to the task. JUSTAMIDDY (7) finished out of the money two starts back then he was always well out of his ground and was beaten 1.5 lengths when fourth over 1m at this track five days ago. Meeting a deeper field this time but he deserves another chance. GREAT DEMON (4) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at this track over 7½f. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. ONLY EYES FOR HIM (5) scored a barnstorming win last start over 7f at Pinjarra Scarpside, coming from the tail to get up by 0.6 lengths. Tackles a tougher assignment but he must be respected.
