LET SPARKS FLY (8) was on the speed from the rails draw last start and battled on well to finish second over 7f at Pinjarra. Hard to beat in this suitable race. LOOK HERE PUNK (1) is yet to break through in 18 runs but wasn't far away last time when second over 6f at Geraldton on April 17. Will find this tougher but should be in the finish. STRYKER'S GAL (9) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 7f at Pinjarra, beaten only 1.5 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can play a major role. COVENTRY REEF (3) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6½f at Pinjarra when he made late ground, beaten 4 lengths. Nicely placed to go a couple better.
