BEACH PAD (2) is a talented gelding who tackled tougher grade last time, finishing 4 lengths behind Lord Vampi over 1m1f in the LR J. C. Roberts Stakes at this track. Back-marker who keeps coming. Will be tough to stop. BE AWESOME (5) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 5.5 lengths away in sixth over 1m1 1/2f at Narrogin after being prominent at the bend. Meets some better types this time but a big run is on the cards. WIN TO RETIRE (7) was allowed to drift back from a wide draw last time before finding the line strongly to score by 0.8 lengths over 1m at Belmont Park. Lucy Fiore stays aboard. Should be involved in the finish. TRIO (6) fought on for third last start over 1m2f at Pinjarra, beaten 4.5 lengths to add to some fine recent form. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time.
