CHESTIME (8) is coming along nicely this prep. Finished fifth when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Scone then improved and scored as public elect over 6½f at Gunnedah two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 1. 5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot repeat the dose. PUZZLE DESIGNER (1) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fourth, beaten 2. 75 lengths, over 6f at Tamworth. Cherry-ripe now and is among the leading chances. PARIAH ENGAGEMENT (5) last appeared when she finished tenth over 6½f at Scone on June 23. Among the better hopes. DREYMON (10) scored two runs back then was well in commission last time but could only manage to finish seventh over 6f at Port Macquarie. Nicely placed to turn things around.
