WINE TIME (5) defied a lack of market support last start, scoring by half a length over 5f at Bowraville. Should be poised just off the lead. Leading contender. PURPLE ESPRIT (8) scored an impressive win by 3 lengths when resuming from a lay-off last time out over 5f at Bundarra. Finds a nice race and can keep improving.
