WEST SIDE STORY (10) finished out of the money on debut two starts back then she settled well back and was beaten 2.5 lengths when seventh over 7f67yards at Kilmore two weeks ago. Nicely placed to break the maiden status. ALL TOO TRUE (1) finished 1.75 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 6½f at Swan Hill, an improvement on his eighth at Murray Bridge the run before. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. WIMMERA STAR (6) gave away a big start at the top of the straight last start and finished 7 lengths from the winner in ninth over 1m at Wangaratta. Expected to feature in the finish this time. SATELLITE (11) did little and finished 40 lengths from the winner in 14th over 1m at Terang last start, a less impressive effort than his eighth on debut at Terang the run before. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways.
