MARINA DI CAMPO (5) was less than a length from the winner in second at Terang on debut before breaking through for a strong win over 7f at Ballarat last start. Capable of further improvement and can go on with the job. SKINNY DIP (2) did little and finished 8 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1m at Pakenham last start, a less impressive effort than his when resuming seventh at Pakenham the run before. Finds an easier assignment and can take this out. DIAMOND WAR (4) showed good early speed from the inside draw last start before finishing second over 7f at Terang. Jack Hill gets the best out of this five-year-old gelding. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ELOPED (6) will find this a little easier after missing the frame in town last time, finishing fifth over 1m7f at Moonee Valley. Can bounce back.
