MAID IN DUBAI (5) had been in sparkling form winning two races on end but missed the frame most recently when fourth over 7½f at Mornington. Form at this distance is strong with three wins from six starts and is sure to run well. LORD FINLAND (6) flew the gates and led throughout to score by 1.75 lengths last start over this journey at Wagga. Expected to take some stopping again. OIMBARI (15) hit the frame two starts ago at Corowa but ran below par last time when ninth and beaten 7 lengths over 6f at Wagga after being in contention on the bend. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. URAFIKI (7) was well fancied when resuming last start and proved too strong, scoring by 0.6 lengths over 6f at Wagga Riverside. Will be better for that latest run and is worth following up.
