HOT CHATTER (4) has been in the market at her last couple of starts but hasn't made an impression, last start finishing eighth over 5½f at this track. Rates highly in this line up and can improve. WARRALEA LASS (3) returned from a lay-off a week-and-a-half ago when she was beaten 2 lengths into eighth over 6½f at Mt Barker. Fitter and sure to run well. SONG STORY (5) could only manage sixth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 5f at this track, beaten only 1.75 lengths after being prominent at the bend. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. NUTWOOD (8) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fifth at this track over 5f. Can break the run of outs.
