Saturday ITV racing tips: Best free bets for Haydock, Goodwood, Beverley and the Curragh on May 24

There's a bumper day of racing on ITV this Saturday afternoon with ten races to enjoy, and the Planet Sport tipsters have a fistful of red-hot selections to help you bash the bookies on May 24.
The Irish 2000 Guineas (1540) from the Curragh is the highlight of Saturday's action, but there's also five contests from Haydock including the two Group 2s - Sandy Lane Stakes (1500) and the Temple Stakes (1530) - and two each from Goodwood and Beverley.

Rare Change bids for a hat-trick following a nose victory in a lower class 7f handicap ten days ago at York. Holds course placed form and will go well in the Harroways Handicap.
Best Rate managed a close second that day at York. Promising record rating a main danger once more.
Mr Chaplin won a course and distance nursery last August. Ended the season with a decent Listed fourth at Doncaster. In the mix after a break.
Power Fizz handles this track and scored nicely attempting this handicap grade over 7f a fortnight ago at Ascot. Makes for appeal.
13:50 (Haydock) Fort George
Fort George is progressive winning on handicap debut over this distance at Newmarket and can score again in the Silver Bowl Handicap.
Teroomm bids for a hat-trick after a 0.75L success in a 1m novice event last month at Thirsk. Rates highly.
KIng Casper holds winning course form. Two from four after a 3L victory in a lower level 1m handicap at Newmarket. Makes for appeal.
Bowen Island scored by 0.75L among easier company attempting 7f at Beverley. Might feature.
14:10 (Beverley) Ali Shuffle
Ali Shuffle aims to remain unbeaten after winning all three career starts so far.
Last seen scoring the Lily Agnes Conditions Stakes at the Chester May Festival following a course and distance victory and will be a leading cotender in the Hilary Needler Trophy Ebf Fillies' Conditions Stakes.
Argentine Tango finished runner-up to the top pick on debut tackling track and trip. Won at Pontefract next time before placing second at Carlisle on Monday. Dangerous.
Saucy Jane was an impressive 4.75L winner at this venue attempting the journey two starts back. Finished a respectable fourth in the Listed Marygate Fillies Stakes at the York Dante Festival eight days ago. May bounce back.
Artista is another who secured a first victory here. Not discounted.

Running Lion recorded an excellent second last October in the G1 Prix de l'Opera attempting this journey at Longchamp.
May have needed the return outing and dropping sharply in grade rates a top chance in the Betfred 'Nifty 50' British Ebf Hedge Of Oak Stakes.
Secret Satire brings G3 winning form. Posted 6L fourth tackling the 1m1f G2 Dahlia Stakes at Newmarket. Improvement expected second up.
Diamond Rain ran with credit last November when fourth tackling the trip in this grade at Doncaster, while Francophone looks interesting.
14:45 (Beverley) Naval Light
Naval Light is the pick of the debutants representing notable connections and a leading local yard. Bred by Havana Grey out of first-time mare Ventura Jazz and in with a strong shout in the Two Year Old Trophy Ebf Conditions Stakes
Old Is Gold debuted 1L third at Ascot two weeks back. Respect with racecourse experience behind him.
Raakeb was a good 1.75L winner of a Ripon maiden on debut. Can double up.
Ice Cold Alex scored by 1L debuting in a Pontefract novice event when resuming. The second horse has won subsequently. Can act on those form claims.
15:00 (Haydock) Symbol Of Honour
The Charlie Appleby-trained Symbol Of Honour returned to best form last week scoring in the 6f Listed Carnarvon Stakes at Newbury and can double up in the Sandy Lane Stakes.
Big Mojo recorded a smart fourth attempting the 5f Breeders Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint at Del Mar (USA) before a winning return in the 6f G3 Pavilion Stakes at Ascot last month.
Powerful Glory arrives unbeaten following a debut success at Pontefract. Secured a narrow victory in the 6f heavy ground G2 Mill Reef Stakes at Newbury during September and makes for appeal.
Last month French G3 winner Arizona Blaze and the former Royal Ascot winning Ain't Nobody are both considered.
15:15 (Goodwood) Queen Of Thieves
Queen Of Thieves showed plenty of promise scoring by 11L in a maiden at Yarmouth before a Listed seventh at Chester earlier this month. Expected to bounce back in the Height Of Fashion Stakes.
Rhapsody made a winning debut last October over 1m at Yarmouth before disappointing on the all weather.
Music Piece looks promising after a 3L third contesting a 1m2f novice event at Sandown. In the mix over this distance.
Salisbury debut winner Perfect Your Craft rates an interesting runner.
15:30 (Haydock) Rumstar
Rumstar bids for a hat-trick following a 1.25L winning seasonal return in the 5f G3 Palace House Stakes at Newmarket and has a big chance in the Temple Stakes.
Mgheera caught the eye two weeks back scoring by 1.5L contesting the 5f G3 Prix Saint-Georges at Longchamp. Makes for plenty of appeal.
American Affair produced a 1L success in a competitive 5f handicap at York last week. Consider.
Washington Heights produced a good fourth behind the top pick at Newmarket. Might feature.
15:40 (Curragh) Field Of Gold
John and Thady Gosden train Field Of Gold who was unlucky coming home late to finish runner-up in the G1 2000 Guineas at Newmarket three weeks ago.
This striking son of Kingman is exciting and may gain compensation in the Irish 2000 Guineas.
Cosmic Year will carry the same silks for Juddmonte and commands respect after he made it three-from-three with a success in the 7f Listed King Charles II Stakes at Newmarket.
Officer represents a stable who has won this prestigious G1 a record twelve times. Take seriously after landing the Listed Tetrarch Stakes over course and distance third time out.
Hotazhell brings top-level winning form and cannot be ignored delivering first outing since landing G1 Futurity Trophy at Doncaster in October.
