Mr Baloo registered a one length victory tackling at Wolverhampton and is a leading contender stepping up in class.
Arcadian Knights recorded three consecutive wins including most recently over 1m1 1/2f at Wolverhampton. Hard to beat.
Cephalus won last time a 1m contest at Southwell and holds claims advancing markedly in distance.
Son Of Man was narrowly denied 0.5L at Wolverhampton. Finds a suitable race to go one better.
14:25 (Newcastle) Cloud Cover
Cloud Cover won this event twelve months ago and may do so once more. Managed to win over course and distance last time and holds every chance of replicating the feat.
Aramis Grey will need things to fall right. Cannot be left out of the equation after finishing sixth in a 6f handicap at Doncaster during March.
Powdering backed up a victory at Southwell (6f) with a good second at Wolverhampton last outing. Warrants thought now up to 7f.
Gaiety Musical battled on well to score at Southwell recently and could be thereabouts off a revised mark.
14:40 (Lingfield) Dembe
Dembe bids for a hat-trick following a 2.25L victory over 1m at Newcastle. Leading contender.
Blue Prince was narrowly denied a nose finishing runner-up tackling 7f at Kempton Park. Dangerous advancing in distance.
Legal Reform won on penultimate appearance at Southwell. Might figure prominently.
Bravo Zulu cannot be discounted in view of the unblemished record when tackling track and trip.
15:00 (Newcastle) Storm Star
Storm Star represents Andrew Balding's yard which is in fine form at present. Looked a horse to follow winning over course and distance late last season and could have more to give this year.
Roi De France produced a nice effort when third in a fierce event over 7f at Kempton returning to action. Holds solid claims representing leading yard going well at present.
Destructive completed a hat-trick with a smooth success at Lingfield AW in February. Cannot be ignored as he bids to continue the winning streak.
Symbol Of Light makes for each-way appeal.
15:15 (Lingfield) Westmorian
Westmorian won impressively by 2.5L tackling 6f at Southwell AW last time. Leading contender.
Pals Battalion secured a victory over this distance at Newcastle AW in latest. Dangerous.
Cajetan boasts two wins from four starts on all weather Respect.
Silkie Wilkie is likely to improve following a last start seventh at Wolverhampton.
15:35 (Newcastle) Marshman
Marshman caught the eye when third in the Listed Cammidge Trophy at Doncaster late last month. Stayed on strongly after racing keenly in the early stages. Will enjoy revisiting this venue.
Diligent Harry could be in the mix after finishing a decent third in a 6f handicap at Southwell earlier this month.
Heathcliff barely came off the bridle when denied a clear run to finish sixth at Kempton last time. Trained by James Fanshawe and capable of better than that so may give a good account if securing a clear run.
Fivethousandtoone holds winning form at this venue. Might improve on his good fourth-place finish attempting 6f in a handicap at Southwell.
15:50 (Lingfield) Party Bear
Party Bear bids for a hat-trick following a 2L victory tackling 7f at Southwell last time. Major player.
Mayo County is a likely to improve having finished 2.75L third over 6f at Newcastle AW. Holds claims advancing in distance.
Lady Manzor was narrowly denied by 2.5L when third attempting a 7f Kempton Park AW contest. Respect.
Handle With Care maintains an unblemished record at this venue. Do not discount.
16:07 (Newcastle) Glen Buck
Glen Buck had Old Harrovian back in second when winning at Southwell before following up at the same venue during February.
Trainer Roger Varian maintains a good record at this venue and his progressive six-year-old can complete a hat-trick here.
Meanwhile, Old Harrovian has since landed a decent prize over course and distance and rates highly representing a stable continuing to produce winners.
Solid AW performer Smart Hero looked good winning at Wolverhampton eleven weeks ago. Must be treated seriously despite a rise in weights.
Charlotte's Web is another with an excellent AW profile. Cannot be ruled out following a narrow defeat in a valuable event at Lingfield AW (1m2f) last outing.
16:30 (Chelmsford) Sky Majesty
Sky Majesty is a fascinating contender resuming from a six-month lay-off.
Winner at G2 level in the Chantilly Criterium De Maisons Laffitte and rates a major player eased in standard.
Jouncy performed creditably when fifth attempting the 6f G1 Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket. Likely to improve.
Mr Lightside advances in distance following a success in the G3 Cornwallis Stakes at Newmarket. Warrants serious consideration.
Sayidah Dariyan can progress after managing sixth tackling 5f at Dundalk.
16:42 (Newcastle) Roaring Legend
Top weight Roaring Legend has high aspirations for this season. Can continue winning racing for Hugo Palmer.
Produced a very smooth 5L success tackling this trip at Lingfield AW last time. May replicate.
Wonder Legend looked useful managing to win a 1m6f Wolverhampton handicap against Plage De Havre in March and holds major claims off this revised rating maintaining a progressive profile.
Plage De Havre is better off at the weights and cannot be ignored racing for a stable in excellent form.
Duke Of Oxford arrives in top condition. Could provide a bold bid after landing a handicap at Kempton in December.
