Friday ITV racing tips: Best free bets for Chester and Ascot on May 9

The final day of Chester's May Festival and the ITV cameras wrap things up with six races, so the Planet Sport tipsters have a fistful of red-hot selections for all the action on Friday, May 9.
The Group 2 Huxley Stakes (1435) and the Chester Cup (1505) are the highlights on the final day among three other races from the famous Roodee. ITV also have one contest from Ascot.

Never So Brave won at this meeting twelve months ago and might have more making first start for the in-form Andrew Balding.
Disappointing at Ascot when last seen in October but wasn't beaten far into seventh in the G3 Jersey Stakes and retains plenty of potential for the Caa Stellar Earl Grosvenor Handicap.
Gorak finished a good second behind an improving runner tackling this trip at Haydock on recent return and could be in the mix.
Divine Libra shaped nicely finishing sixth on that occasion and is another to note after that outing.
Yanifer and the Irish raider Transcending Glory are others to consider in this open looking contest.
13:50 (Ascot) Brave Mission
Brave Mission holds a progressive profile ending last season with a success in a Kempton novice event attempting the journey. Should be respect making handicap debut in the Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% Handicap.
Power Fizz provided a winning start in handicaps when successful tackling the trip at Newmarket prior to a close second at Goodwood last Saturday.
Star Anthem recorded a good third in the G3 Horris Hill Stakes at Newbury during October and holds claims.
Columnist finished third contesting the 6f G3 Prix de Cabourg at Deauville last July and is an interesting newcomer.
14:05 (Chester) The Pouncing Lion
The Pouncing Lion finished 10L third on heavy ground over 1m1f at Goodwood first time out in October.
Might do better this season where stepping up to 1m4f on better ground in the Boodles Darley Ebf Maiden Stakes can bring about improvement; booking Ryan Moore also catches the eye.
Ammes followed home a decent performer when runner-up at Kempton and must be respected.
Stepping up to 1m4f could also be a big help to Orionis following her staying on third at Wetherby in April.
Al Wasl Storm also needs to be included tackling this tricky maiden.
14:35 (Chester) The Foxes
With two G2 wins The Foxes brings high class form in the Huxley Stakes.
Lost nothing in defeat when runner-up in the G3 H H The Amir Trophy in Qatar 83 days ago. Trainer Andrew Balding could have primed the five-year-old for this and may score with Oisin Murphy in the saddle..
Certain Lad posted an excellent effort on comeback finishing third behind a promising horse in the 1m2f G2 Prix D'Harcourt at Longchamp.
Space Legend must be considered delivering first outing since finishing fourth in the 1m4f G2 Great Voltigeur Stakes at York nine months ago.
Liberty Lane disappointed returning in the Listed Doncaster Mile. Might do better with that run behind him.
15:05 (Chester) Caballo De Mar
The Chester Cup is competitive staying handicap where the progressive George Scott-trained Caballo De Mar continues to defy the handicapper.
Impressed in latest over 2m1/2f at Southwell twelve days ago and tackling a stiffer task once more could be up to the task.
East India Dock produced an excellent campaign in the juvenile hurdle division. Dangerous to ignore revisiting the flat after his narrow third-place finish attempting the G1 Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
Who's Glen shaped well when second in a decent handicap at Kempton upon return. Might take a step forward.
Unexposed Curragh handicap winner Leinster could prove dangerous up significantly in trip under Ryan Moore, while Hot Fuss makes for place appeal.
15:40 (Chester) Grey Cuban
Grey Cuban will have been aimed for this by trainer Hugo Palmer who enjoys winning at the venue.
Was better than the bare result when seventh at Kempton on reappearance and revisits Chester unbeaten in two starts over course and distance for the Precision Facades Handicap.
Warda Jamila returned from seven months off with a good fourth tackling 1m2f at Epsom seventeen days ago and needs to be considered.
Take Heart wasn't beaten far when ninth in a competitive Irish handicap at the Curragh during March and is worth noting off a 1lb lower rating.
Rathgar could be in the mix after finishing second in the previously mentioned Epsom handicap.
