Juventus vs Bologna tips: Old Lady to extend visitors winless run in Turin

Juventus will play their first home match of the Serie A season when they face Bologna in Turin on Sunday.

Juventus and Bologna will face off in round two in Serie A on Sunday evening in Turin.
Bologna last beat Juventus in 2011, winning 2-0 in Turin. Since then, they have drawn with the Old Lady five times, but are still waiting for their first victory in over a decade.
The above-mentioned win is the only win for Sunday's guests in head-to-head games in a quarter of a century. Before that 2-0, there was another 3-0 win at home, in November 1998.
Max Allegri's team got off to a flying start in the new Serie A season, winning 3-0 away at Udinese in the first round, with the result already decided by halftime.
Juve scored at least three goals in the first half of an inaugural round for the first time since the 2001/02 season.
This is a clear message to their rivals, especially since the team from Turin will not be involved in European competitions this season. This shows that Juve is still a force to be reckoned with, even without the distraction of European football.
Suggested bet: Juventus to win
Despite not making any big signings in the transfer window, Allegri is in a good position as he has a solid squad of players to choose from. This is especially helpful as there are currently no major injury concerns.
Mattia De Sciglio is the only one who will be unavailable for a few months. However, key players like Dusan Vlahovic and Federico Chiesa, who both scored against Udinese, are in top form and seem to be playing very well.
Even Paul Pogba is expected to return soon and provide more options in midfield.
Bologna has had a tough start to the season. They opened their campaign with a home loss to AC Milan, and now they face Juventus in their second game, which Thiago Motta knows is a tough test.
Against Milan, the Rossoblu hit the post in the first minute, but the game was practically over after 21 minutes, with Il Diavolo already leading 2-0, a result they held on to.
Bologna will travel to Turin, where they have only won one point in their last 10 Serie A matches. However, they will be hoping for a positive result, as they are unbeaten in their last three away games in Serie A.
The visitors have won 7 points and scored 9 goals in their last five matches. They will be without the injured Adama Soumaoro and Moussa Barrow but are expected to field new signing Jesper Karlsson, who impressed in European competition for Alkmaar.
Suggested bet: Over 2.5 goals
