Group leaders USA will look to wrap up top spot when they face a Trinidad and Tobago team likely to be eliminated from the Gold Cup.

The United States opened their Gold Cup account by salvaging a late draw against a talented Jamaica team.
They followed that result up with a routine victory over St Kitts, scoring six and missing many more. Meanwhile, Jamaica beat Trinidad 4-1.
Although three teams still have something to play for ahead of the final round of matches, Jamaica plays St Kitts first and victory eliminates Trinidad.
While this represents a step up from playing St Kitts, it's worth noting the visitors just didn't cope with the Reggae Boyz Premier League quality.
Six Premier League players scored or assisted on the evening and there's no reason to believe this won't be another lop-sided contest.
Just four players that featured in the USA's opening game survived the line-up changes against St Kitts so they're fresh and we expect them to field their strongest side.
Continuity will be key ahead of the knockout stages so this is a good opportunity to field the same team that opened with the draw against Jamaica.
Gabriel Slonina is the only player yet to feature and could start in the net ahead of Matt Turner and Sean Johnson.
The main motivation here is winning the group as slipping up and finishing behind Jamaica could mean a tricky quarter-final meeting with Canada.
