July 17 Transfer Zone: AC Milan's 73-year-old forward pairing, Liverpool sign next Jerzy Dudek
It’s been another busy day in the transfer market. In today’s Transfer Zone we take a look at AC Milan’s new/old forward pairing as well as Liverpool’s latest addition.
Olivier Giroud
Olivier Giroud is officially an AC Milan player after completing his move from Chelsea.
Giroud collected three winners' medals during his time at Stamford Bridge. The forward helped the Blues in winning the FA Cup, Europa League and Champions League titles.
Last season, the Frenchman only made eight Premier League starts as the additions of Kai Havertz and Timo Werner saw his game time significantly reduced.
He will join a forward line that already consists of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, making this one the oldest front pairings in European football…
In Olivier Giroud and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, AC Milan will have leading forwards with a combined age of 7️⃣3️⃣.

Hector Bellerin was named on the bench in Arsenal's pre-season clash against Rangers - that's despite continuous speculation regarding his future at the Emirates.
Latest reports have linked the full-back with Inter Milan who, according to The Sun, would like to sign the Spaniard on a one-year loan with an option to buy next year.

Gareth Bale
Gareth Bale celebrated his 32nd birthday on Friday. Question is, where's the forward going to be playing come the start of the season?
As things stand, the Welsh star is expected to return to Real Madrid.
That will come as a disappointment for Tottenham faithful who enjoyed watching the Welshman during his loan spell in London last season.
New Spurs boss, Nuno Espirito Santo, ended speculation over Bale's future at Tottenham saying: "He [Bale] will not be part of our squad."
🎂 Happy 32nd Birthday to Gareth Bale!
