The title race has heated up following Manchester City's draw against Crystal Palace, Pep Guardiola has a new excuse and Carlo Ancelotti is on the verge of creating history.

Neither team could break the deadlock and it now means City hold a four point lead over Liverpool having played one more game than the Reds.
Man City did all they could to win the game. They dominated possession, hit the bar twice and Aymeric Laporte failed the find the net despite an empty goal in front of him.
When a result doesn't go your way, a manager brings up every excuse in the book. Injuries, poor refereeing decisions and a defensive mindset from the opposition are the most common.
That's if you're not Pep Guardiola. The Spaniard gave a glowing account of his side's performance, despite dropping two points, and his only complaint was that the grass was 'not perfect' at Selhurst Park.

We've seen this sort of behaviour from Guardiola before with Nathan Redmond.

Not quite sure what Guardiola was saying to Vicente Guaita but he was probably confronting him over doing his job and keeping a clean sheet.

Through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League, Real Madrid are now 10 points clear at the top of La Liga.

If Los Blancos can win the title, then Carlo Ancelotti will become the first manager to win the domestic league in Europe's top five divisions.
It's hard to see why he decided to leave Everton, right?

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson took time out of football to spend some time with the Yorkshire Ambulance Service, who have been working throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

Now, this is what you call a role model in football.

Jamie Carragher left Chelsea fans raging after saying Thomas Tuchel should join Manchester United at the end of the season.

The pundit was on Monday Night Football to defend his comments and spoke about why it was 'hypocritical' of Blues fans to react the way they did.
