    From a training ground nutmegs, to James Wade meeting Elmo, today’s social zone certainly has all bases covered.

    After a long and hard campaign for Leeds United, it's understandable that some of the players are running on empty heading into the international break. 

    One man who can certainly relate is Mateusz Klich. The Leeds United midfielder is currently training with Poland ahead of their clash with Wales.

    Klich has become an important component of the Polish national side, but even the best have their off moments.
    For the Leeds man, that moment took place during pre-match training session as he was unceremoniously nutmegged by one of his international teammates.
    Elsewhere, we have discovered a strong contender for one of the world's worst haircuts in football history. We're not kidding!
