Matty Cash of Poland celebrates after winning the 2022 FIFA World Cup playoff qualifying football match

From Harry Maguire getting booed to Brazil scoring blinders, last night’s World Cup qualifiers certainly provided plenty of talking points on social media.

Brazil enjoyed a rudimental 4-0 victory over Bolivia last night, but some of the action was simply spellbinding.

Elsewhere, Mo Salah and Harry Maguire endured a disappointing night as one of the men missed out on World Cup qualification and the other was booed by his own supporters. If that wasn't enough for your morning entertainment, we also have footage of Matty Cash trying to keep pace with Poland's celebrations.

SOCCER: An absolutely outrageous goal from Brazil's Bruno Guimaraes!

But let's be honest, the commentary certainly doesn't do it justice! It should be more like: GOOOOOOLAAAAASSSSSOOOOOO!
SOCCER: While we're on the subject of Brazil, check out this attempt from Gabriel Martinelli.

Old school Brazil on show! Though to be fair, our Planet Sport writers could defend better than this!

SOCCER: Harry Maguire was booed by his own fans during England's friendly against the Ivory Coast.

Instead of being polite, the Man United captain should take a page out of Wayne Rooney's book.
Remember his famous quote: "Nice to see your home fans boo you. That's what loyal support is."

SOCCER: Mohamed Salah missed his spot kick as Egypt failed to secure World Cup qualification last night.

To be fair, it looks like he's in a nightclub with all those lasers. Jack Grealish would've been fine, but not poor old Salah.

SOCCER: Poland qualified for the World Cup last night, but from these images, it's clear that Matty Cash still has some way to go before he becomes a true Polak.
