Saturday's over/under 2.5 goals free betting tips and predictions

West Ham Manager Julen Lopetegui barks orders at his side

Saturday's goals acca comprises West Ham vs Ipswich, Everton vs Newcastle and games from the EFL.

Sean Dyche's Everton host Eddie Howe's Newcastle and we think there's bound to be goals, especially with the Toon's away day blues.

West Ham face Ipswich and Kieran McKenna's men could leapfrog the Hammers in the table with a first win of the Premier League season.

This glorious acca is priced at 9/1 at the time of writing.

Good luck and please gamble responsibly.

Saturday goals acca

West Ham vs Ipswich: Over 2.5 - 8/11
Everton vs Newcastle: Over 2.5 - 8/13
West Brom vs Millwall: Over 2.5 - 13/10
Watford vs Middlesbrough: Over 2.5 - 4/6

West Ham United vs Ipswich Town (1500 BST)

West Ham and Ipswich are struggling to keep the ball out of the net, as demonstrated by conceding 10 goals apiece and keeping two clean sheets between them. This is a must-win opportunity that the hosts will hope to seize, but Kieran McKenna’s side is playing without fear.
Ipswich go down in history as one of the leakiest defences to ever achieve promotion from the Championship, with last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Aston Villa the first taste we’ve had of such behaviour. This game could descend into similar chaos.

Everton vs Newcastle United (1730 BST)

Both teams have scored in each of Everton’s eight matches this season, six of which have produced at least three goals. Their matches are averaging 3.37 goals and only three teams have averaged a higher xG against at home than the Toffees.

Similarly, both teams have found the net in six of Newcastle’s last seven. They’re creating and allowing more big chances than the league average on their travels, with the absence of Sven Botman and Jamaal Lascelles not helping their cause.

West Brom vs Millwall (1500 BST)

This may raise eyebrows on the face of it. Few sides keep as many clean sheets as Carlos Corberan’s West Brom, who look a contender for promotion again this season. There have been three goals in their previous five at home, where they’ve conceded eight goals in 2024.
On the other hand, Milwall are creating chances for fun. They’ve produced 25 big chances this season, the most in the league, and 14.2xG through eight matches. West Brom are fourth in those particular tables, creating 22 and registering 13xG. The Lions are wide open on their travels and this game could buck the Hawthorns trends.

Watford vs Middlesbrough (1500 BST)

Middlesbrough tend to win or lose to nil on their travels this season, but Watford produce too much chaos for that to be the case here. Only Plymouth have a higher xG against, with just three teams producing more than the Hornets at home.
Six of their eight matches have produced over 2.5 goals, but just one of Middlesbrough’s matches have followed suit. That defies logic, because their games are averaging 2.65xG and that’s been fairly evenly spread. They’ll play out a run of high-scoring games at some point.
