Liverpool’s transfer business is done as Jurgen Klopp rules out more incomings

While most Premier League clubs continue to strengthen ahead of the forthcoming season, Liverpool appear to have put their cheque book away.
The Reds have made three signings during this window, including Darwin Nunez, Fabio Carvalho and defender Calvin Ramsey.
Nunez was without doubt the marquee addition, having joined Liverpool for a club record transfer fee of £85million.
The club have also extended the contracts of three first team players, including James Milner, Joe Gomez and star striker Mohamed Salah.
Having got to work early, it appears transfer business has come to a close at Anfield.
Klopp confirmed that notion, telling Sky Sports: "Unless we have injuries or player sales no, we have our squad. Hopefully, there won't be any so Liverpool supporters can focus on other things."
When asked about the transfer business of his top four rivals, the German manager added: "It was clear before that Tottenham were going in the right direction last season with their signings.

"Man City haven't just brought in players, they've given two to Arsenal and one to Chelsea.
"We're in a similar situation where you can't always go with the same team. You need fresh blood and fresh legs.
"City are in a similar situation to us and we did it in a similar way. In the end, they will all have fantastic football players like we will. It's the question of who makes the most of it.

"Everybody has the same chance. We will try to give it out all. The main target in this league first and foremost always is to qualify for the Champions League which is really difficult enough already."
Since losing their first pre-season game against Manchester United, the Reds have enjoyed comfortable victories over Crystal Palace and RB Leipzig. Klopp's men will return to action against Salzburg on Wednesday.
