    EFL play-offs and promotion: Who's going up and when are the play-offs?

    We take a look at the promotion and play-off permutations for the Championship, League One and League Two ahead of a thrilling finale.

    It's crunch time in the EFL with the regular season almost over and the play-offs rapidly approaching.
    Planet Sport takes a look at the permutations heading towards the final days of the campaign and brings you the full fixture schedule for those play-offs, which start on May 5 and finish on May 29.

    Championship

    Fulham and Bournemouth are already up, the former as champions.

    Huddersfield and Nottingham Forest swapped position on the final day of the season in third and fourth places. The Terriers beat Bristol City 2-0 while Forest could only muster a draw with Hull City.

    Sheffield United and Luton claimed the other two spots. The Blades thrashed Fulham 4-0 on the final day of the season while Luton defeated Reading 1-0.

    Friday, May 13, 19:45 - Semi-final, 1st leg - Luton vs Huddersfield

    Saturday, May 14, 15:00 - Semi-final, 1st leg - Sheffield United vs Nottingham Forest

    Monday, May 16, 19:45 - Semi-final, 2nd leg - Huddersfield vs Luton

    Tuesday, May 17, 19:45 - Semi-final, 2nd leg - Nottingham Forest vs Sheffield United

    Sunday, May 29, 16:30 - Final (at Wembley)

    League One

    With the regular season now complete, the play-offs are well underway in League One. 

    Wycombe Wanderers made a solid start to their semi-final against MK Dons as they won the opening leg 2-0 at home. Sunderland also enjoyed a first-leg victory as they beat Sheffield Wednesday 1-0 in front of over 44,000 fans.

    Every play-off game will be televised live by Sky Sports.

    League Two

    Bristol Rovers produced an incredible performance to ensure they were promoted to League One on the final day after a 7-0 win over a youthful Scunthorpe team.

    Rovers finished one place above Northampton with the same amount of points and goal difference. They were promoted in front of Northampton due to more goals scored (71 to 60).

    In the play-offs, Northampton, Port Vale, Swindon and Mansfield made the cut, with Sutton and Tranmere missing out by one and two points, respectively.
