Bayer Leverkusen CEO hints at potential Victor Boniface departure

Despite their stellar performance, Leverkusen faces financial constraints, with Carro emphasizing the necessity to balance success with fiscal responsibility. "We have to be pragmatic. If the right offer comes in for Boniface, we'll have to consider it," Carro remarked, shedding light on Leverkusen's financial strategy.

Boniface, among the standout performers, has attracted interest from Premier League clubs, heightening speculation about his future at the Bay Arena. 

Leverkusen, known for prudent spending, values the Nigerian at €50 million but could entertain offers upwards of €70 million to facilitate squad reinforcements.

While Leverkusen's prized asset, Florian Wirtz, commands a market value of €110 million, Carro's comments underscore the club's commitment to sustainable growth amidst their recent successes.
