Born in Miami, Florida, the 19-year-old has certainly got a bright future ahead. De la Fuente moved to Spain when he was 10, where he played for youth side CF Damm.
At CF Damm his talents were discovered by FC Barcelona. Fuente joined Barcelona's youth system in 2013, and has developed into a rising star ever since.
Step up to Barcelona B
The 19-year-old winger made his debut off the bench for Barcelona B in 2018 against Valencia Mestalla. A year later, Fuente made his first start for the B team, a 3-1 win over CF La Nucía.
