The Masters is here but which five Premier League stars love to play golf
The Masters Tournament gets underway this week and to celebrate, we decided to have a look at five Premier League stars who are big fans of the sport.
Lets face it, there is only one man we can possibly start with!
Gareth Bale
Many footballers use golf as a past time; a way to relax from the pressures of professional football. Gareth Bale, however, is a man who has taken his passion to a whole new level.
The Tottenham and Real Madrid star has a three-hole golf course back at his home in Cardiff. The three holes are replicas from high profile venues - including the 12th from Augusta.
Wales. Golf. Madrid.

The stunt certainly didn't improve Bale's already fractured relationship with Madrid supporters, nor the Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane.

Harry Kane
There probably aren't many footballers who love golf more than Gareth Bale however, Spurs teammate Harry Kane certainly comes close.
The England captain has often been seen enjoying the sport and even took part in a three-hole challenge with golf ace, Tommy Fleetwood.
As things stand, the 2019 Open Championship runner-up is priced at 50/1 to win this week's Masters at Augusta.
Pep Guardiola
While Pep might no longer be a footballer, he certainly qualifies as a Premier League star and therefore makes our list.
The Manchester City manager is a keen golfer and also has a close friendship with the aforementioned Tommy Fleetwood.
On the Life On Tour podcast, the golfer spoke about Guardiola's passion for the sport saying: "Well, he's mad into golf.
"We ended up exchanging numbers and talking and we just ended up playing and it was kind of a big day to be playing. That became a bigger thing, but we've stayed in touch since."
Theo Walcott
The 32-year-old told Golf News: "A golf holiday with the guys is always nice. I'm a bit of a bandit really, as although I play off 10, I should probably be a bit lower than that."
James Milner
The Liverpool midfielder is another Premier League regular who doesn't mind a bit of golf.
When asked about the encounter, Milner told BT Sports: "I went away to Spain just after this [the Champions League final defeat] and his buggy was parked in front of mine on the tee. I couldn't even ger away from him a week later."
Twelve months on from their impromptu meeting, Milner and his Liverpool teammates returned to the Champions League final and lifted the trophy following a win over Tottenham Hotspur.
