14:25 (York) Mrbluesky

Mrbluesky looked in need of the experience when fifth tackling soft ground at Redcar on debut.

Richard Fahey and Oisin Orr have both been in excellent form of late and with the step up to six furlongs expected to suit this son of Cotai Glory is selected to add to their recent impressive record.

Comfortable Brighton maiden winner Isla Bella could give a bold sight for the in-form George Boughey team.

I Love Dad displayed distinct ability finishing third on debut at Goodwood and could feature if building on that effort.

15:00 (York) Alfa Kellenic

Taking a sizeable step up in grade, Alfa Kellenic could prove equal to the task in the British Ebf Supporting Racing With Pride Fillies' Handicap.

The Craig Lidster-trained Havana Grey filly looked well ahead of her mark when an authoritative winner over six furlongs at Thirsk and can secure a hat-trick under her penalty.

First-time cheekpieces saw Jumbeau return to winning ways at Windsor.

Thereabouts with the second runner that day subsequently filling the same spot in a competitive handicap at Epsom.

Midream is unexposed and looks interesting making handicap debut with Jamie Spencer booked.

Katey Kontent must enter calculations after a narrow success at Windsor.

15:35 (York) River Seine

River Seine is fancied to break her maiden in the Juddmonte EBF Fillies’ Restricted Novice Stakes.

Karl Burke’s filly ran keenly when a beaten odds-on favourite at Carlisle, having run with promise first time up at Newmarket.

16:10 (York) Penzance

Penzance can hopefully transfer his prolific all-weather form to turf in the Seat Unique Handicap.

The four-year-old won four consecutive races before being beaten into second by the decidedly useful Elegant Man on all-weather finals day at Newcastle on Good Friday.

He is up 2lb in the weights since that career-best effort, but is one to keep onside for the excellent Mick Appleby.
