Gustav Graves ran with credit contesting a track and trip handicap finishing fifth among this company, so should be on the shortlist.
Fristel produced a close fourth attempting this handicap grade tackling 6f at Lingfield last week and will be in the mix.
16:50 (Wolverhampton) Reprised
Reprised is rated the best bet at Wolverhampton in the Gamble Responsibly At BetMGM EBF Novice Stakes.
Karl Burke’s Blue Point filly has shaped with promise in each of her two starts to date and can make it third time lucky in the capable hands of Billy Loughnane.
19:00 (Wolverhampton) Master Of Combat
Master Of Combat bids for a hat-trick following a pair of course wins including tackling track and trip last month. Back up in standard and rates highly.
Tiger Beetle found success by two and a half lengths contesting a lower graded course and distance handicap. Could go close if replicating form.
Barley, who showed plenty of ability at Newcastle when second among this handicap company, Tarbaan, who won at Yarmouth in this grade two runs ago, may feature.
20:30 (Wolverhampton) Cornish Storm
Cornish Storm scored by a comfortable three and a half lengths at Kempton tackling this trip and handicap level in September.
Leading contender set to to follow up that maiden success.
Global Tycoon won a course and distance handicap in this grade and will be the main danger.
Bear Claws ran well here when second attempting a 1m6f handicap last week, so likely to get in the mix, along with Virtual Hug.
