Tipstrr’s Wednesday double: Yaaser and Cherry Cola tipped for success at Ayr and Yarmouth

Our friends at Tipstrr have run their daily numbers to come up with their two most popular tips that offer decent value on their own, and could also be combined into an even tastier double if desired.

16:00 Ayr: Whitley Neill Handicap (1 mile)

Yaaser won four of his 15 outings last summer, including two of his six visits to Ayr, one of which was over this one-mile trip.

It took this Jim Goldie-trained gelding a couple of races to find his form and rhythm last term, so perhaps not too much was expected during his first three runs so far this year, when his performances were not helped by sluggish breaks.

Paul Mulrennan rode him to three of last year's successes, so perhaps his return to the saddle is a good omen, as is a return to the better ground on which he seems to perform best.

He is back in Class 4 company here, and with his own mark dropping, the stars appear to be aligned to produce an improved run here.

Suggested bet: Yaaser in the 16:00 at Ayr

16:10 Yarmouth: Quinnbet Daily Free Bet Handicap (1 mile 6 furlongs)
There's plenty in with a chance in this competitive 10-runner line-up, but it is Cherry Cola who appears to have tickled the tastebuds of a swathe of pundits on Tipstrr.
This seven-year-old mare has been cutting her teeth on a couple of hurdle outings, finishing second of nine on Plumpton last month, and well down the field when there was too much cut in the ground three weeks ago at Kempton.
All of her best performances have come on the faster ground that she will find here at Yarmouth, while she will also relish this return to the Flat.

She is now running over a career-low mark of 61, and the five-pound allowance of her claiming jockey, Rose Dawes, brings all of her rivals very much into range.

Suggested bet: Cherry Cola in the 16:10 at Yarmouth
