Southwell best bet: Onemorenomore to make it back-to-back wins

The final race of PlanetSportBet's meeting at Southwell sees 10 come to post in a competitive handicap and the Tipstrr camp have been feasting their eyes upon the contenders.

17:55 Southwell: Get Emma's Offers At Planet Sport Bet Handicap (Div II) (7 furlongs)

If we're to believe the early betting, then we're in for a cracker with seven of the 10 contenders having single-digit odds at the time of writing.

New Image is the clear favourite in the early stages of the betting, with David O'Meara's four-year-old coming into this off the back of a good couple of outings.

Last time out the gelding came third at Wolverhampton and two starts ago he won at this course, albeit over five furlongs.

Despite his good form, there are plenty of contenders who are capable of giving New Image a challenge.

One More Dream for John and Sean Quinn has been in excellent form lately and will be looking to secure another visit to the winners enclosure here.

A comfotable win over six furlongs at this course last time out was the latest in a catalogue of excellent results over the past year.

He also had a win over this course-and-distance in March and has also visited the winners enclosure at Newcastle in the same month.

Despite this, we think its better to go for an each-way pick in an extremely competitive race and our selection is Onemorenomore.

A winner last time out when resuming over this distance at Doncaster, Phillip McBride will be hoping that his four-year-old will keep that form going throughout the season.

He also had a win at Doncaster at the end of last season, along with top three finishes at Chelmsford and Pontefract.

However, this will be a step up in class for the gelding, with his aforementioned wins coming at Class 5 and Class 6 level and the last time he competed with this level of company was at Chelmsford, where he finished ninth out of 10.

Despite his previous struggles at this level, we think he's worth backing as he's fresh off a win and with odds of 15/2, each-way is definitely an option.

Suggested best bet: Onemorenomore each-way in the 17:55 at Southwell
