While other sports are taking centre stage on this sunny Sunday, Newmarket has a fine meeting with plenty of top quality racing and the Tipstrr crowd are attracted to this competitive handicap.

17:15 Newmarket: Sky Bet Build A Bet Handicap (7 furlongs)

The impressive Oisin Murphy is aboard the market leader Double Time.

The bookmakers think that the rest of the field will need double the time to catch up with Sir Mark Todd's gelding, with his odds at 5/2.

He has struggled to find the winning touch on turf, with all three of his career successes to date coming on the all-weather, but last time he was close to claiming his first turf victory as he fininshed just a neck behind Great Blasket at Yarmouth, which was over the slightly longer trip of one mile.

The booking of Murphy, who boasts an impressive 23 percent strike rate in 2024, could swing it in Double Time's favour, but we think there's better value elsewhere.

For those who are looking for each-way value, King Of Fury looks like a good prospect.

Terry Kent's four-year-old isn't as experienced as some of the other contenders, but four frame finishes in his first five outings suggest there's plenty of potential there.

Also his odds of 11/1 could see profit if he claims a spot in the top three so he is a good shout for those looking for each-way value.

However, our selection is Flying Secret who has been struggling for consistency recently but has had plenty of top three finishes in the past.

His last outing at Southwell, he finished fourth of 12 after a winter break after he had two disappointing runs at the end of last season which put a dampener on an excellent season.

Last term he had impressive wins at Newbury and Yarmouth as well as finishes in the first three at the former and this course, albeit over a slightly shorter distance.

The booking of jockey Charles Bishop is a bonus, with Bishop boasting a healthy strike rate of 18 percent and 39 percent of his runners have made the top three.

On the basis of previous winning experience Flying Secret is the one to watch but it should be a close contest with Double Time.

Suggested best bet: Flying Secret in the 17:15 at Newmarket
