14:35 (Ludlow) Go To War

Go To War has his first start since wind surgery in the Balfours LLP And Lycetts Insurance Novices’ Hurdle.

He won by seven and a half lengths at Ludlow in December and looked more than capable of defying a penalty before moving on to handicaps.

15:35 (Ludlow) Cape Vidal

Cape Vidal is also taken to make an impact in the Full Circle Series At Punchestown Festival Handicap Hurdle.

He has not been seen since winning at Fontwell in October, with that race producing three subsequent winners to give the form a fairly solid look.

16:10 (Ludlow) Greenrock Abbey

Greenrock Abbey maintains a consistent placed record. Finished a seven length second tackling a heavy ground handicap chase at Uttoxeter and has a strong chance.

One True King holds smart form including a 14 length runner-up effort here attempting a three mile handicap chase and should be respected.

Moonlighter was a fair fifth contesting this handicap chase standard at Ayr over two miles and makes for appeal on best form.

17:20 (Ludlow) Before Midnight

Before Midnight has been a smart performer over the years. Ran with credit when fifth in a competitive handicap chase attempting this journey at Musselburgh on New Year's Day will be a serious player.

Espoir De Guye found success among similar company at Wincanton tackling this trip three weeks back, has a big chance.

Captain Tommy scored by three lengths contesting a three mile hunters chase here last month. Makes for plenty of appeal. May follow up.

Ludlow selections in full:

LUDLOW: 2.35 Go To War, 3.05 Malaita, 3.35 Cape Vidal, 4.10 Greenrock Abbey, 4.45 Dromlac Jury, 5.20 Before Midnight
