Off to Leicester for some afternoon jumps racing on Tuesday, January 23 and the Planet Sport tipsters have some more red-hot selections to help boost your bank balance.

We kick off with some details on our four selected horses at Leicester.

Don't forget to check out the full racecard, results and live odds in Planet Sport's racing live centre.

Good luck and please gamble responsibly.

(Please be aware selections could become non-runners after article's first publication)

13:00 (Leicester) Gaia Vallis

Gaia Vallis is a previous course winner and ran an encouraging race under this rider when fourth at Taunton 15 days ago.

Has solid each-way claims, but could grab a first win since January 2022 at Ffos Las.

Pipers Cross finished second in a 3m3/4f handicap at Doncaster less than a fortnight ago. Only 3.3lb higher with the same rider and has a strong chance.

Shesupincourt had eight lengths to spare over Pipers Cross when winning at Bangor at the start of last month. Has a 8.8lb higher mark to contend with but likely to go well.

The consistent Ede'iffs Rock can threaten the places once again.

14:10 (Leicester) Mt Fugi Park

Mt Fugi Park looks one of the more exciting prospects on show at Leicester as he puts his unbeaten record on the line in the Next Meeting @leicesterraces Wednesday 31st January Novices’ Hurdle.

Being a point-to-point winning son of Walk In The Park, the six-year-old was always going to be a star turn at last February’s Tattersalls sale at Cheltenham and trainer Jonjo O’Neill had to go to £290,000 to secure his services.

He did at least give his new connections an immediate return on their significant investment when winning on his hurdling debut at Ffos Las in October and, while the form of that race has not worked out particularly well, Mt Fugi Park is expected to defy the mandatory penalty in the Midlands.

15:20 (Leicester) Super Survivor

Super Survivor failed to complete when fancied for the Welsh National latest but was an encouraging second at Lingfield the time before.

Presented with a good opportunity to score here for the first time since December 2022.

Top weight The Wolf disappointed at Cheltenham recently but looks well treated when his rider’s 6.6lb claim is taken into account.

Mylesfromwicklow was second over slightly shorter at this track last month and remains open to improvement as a chaser.

Course and distance winner Risk and Roll is another to consider as he returns to fences after two runs over hurdles.

15:55 (Leicester) Branson Missouri

Branson Missouri returned from an absence to finish second at Sandown in November.

The winner of that race Operation Manna has won twice since and she competes from an unchanged mark, so this Shaun Lycett-trained eight-year-old has leading claims.

The Famous Five was a beaten favourite on handicap debut at Ludlow last month but remains too early to write off.

Course and distance winner Made For You performed well at Newbury on his most recent run and can be competitive from this rating.

Sizing Pottsie is another with serious claims if returning to anything like his best.

Leicester selections in full:

LEICESTER: 1.00 Gaia Vallis, 1.35 Natty Night, 2.10 Mt Fugi Park, 2.45 Royal Mer, 3.20 Super Survivor, 3.55 Branson Missouri.
