Kempton racing top tip: Another all-weather win is Brewing for William Haggas and Tom Marquand

Horse racing tipster Luvvly Jubbly is backing Brewing to justify his tag as favourite in the 18:30 on the all-weather at Kempton on Wednesday evening.

You could throw a blanket over the ratings for the 18:30 at Kempton on Wednesday evening as an evenly-matched field of eight runners goes to post.

Brewing is the clear favourite at the time of writing ahead of Aratus who has spent most of the day around the 4/1 mark, so quite a gap.

The former has won four of five starts, all of which have been on the all-weather surface, and has produced wins at this course in the past.

He’s also a distance winner with two runs and two wins to his name over this distance but it remains to be seen if he’ll bounce back after a disappointing defeat on New Year’s Day.

Aratus went well upon returning from a year-long break and has come close in two appearances at Kempton, finishing second in each.

He can sometimes struggle to settle into a race but if he finds his feet early on then he could well be a major threat.

Zaman Jemil and Baldomero are further back in the market and that’s not surprising given the latter is on a lengthy losing run, but it’s not for want of trying.

He’s a very consistent sort and even if he can’t produce his best effort to claim a win, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see him finish in the frame.

Zaman Jemil failed to big on a good second at Thirsk in September but several disappointing runs since means he goes from a more attractive mark here.

Silver Samurai, Lord Bertie, Dubai Station and Lord Of The Lodge make up the rest of the challenging back but don’t make particularly promising cases in their current form.

It may seem a bit muggy to back a firm favourite in a competitive handicap, but it seems justified in the case of Brewing.

There’s likely still further improvement to be found from his current mark so we’ll back the selection of horse racing tipster

Suggested bet: Back Brewing to win the 18:30 at Kempton
