It's seven of the best at Ayr on Monday afternoon and the Planet Sport tipsters have the selections you need to give the bookies a good ol' bashing.

We kick off with some details on our four selected horses at Ayr, with a full set of tips from the seven-race card at the bottom of the page.

Good luck and please gamble responsibly.

(Please be aware selections could become non-runners after article's first publication)

15:05 (Ayr) Traprain Law

Traprain Law is fancied to defy top weight in the Coral Best Odds Guaranteed Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase at Ayr.

Lucinda Russell’s gelding may have had his limitations exposed in a valuable Doncaster contest last time out but had previously impressed when making all in this grade at Kelso.

Last year’s course victory over hurdles has worked out well enough and he can hopefully dominate from the front again.

16:10 (Ayr) I Am Max

Sandy Thomson has sent I Am Max straight over timber having won a bumper earlier this month.

He is very well backed, but it is hard to know what the form is worth as they went steady for much of the contest, but it was hard not to be taken with him given how he put the race to bed.

He is obviously the least experienced runner in the Coral “We’re Here For It” Novices’ Hurdle but he looks a promising sort.

16:45 (Ayr) Fiveafterfour

Fiveafterfour looks to make it back-to-back Ayr wins in the Coral Mares' Handicap Hurdle.

The Russell-trained horse cruised to victory here last time out, finishing six lengths ahead of Spice Diva just 13 days ago.

Patrick Wadge will be looking to add to his five Ayr wins this season, which included the win on Fiveafterfour's last outing.

17:20 (Ayr) Derryhassen Paddy

Derryhassen Paddy is one to watch out for in the Coral Committed To Safer Gambling NH Flat Race.

His Irish point-to-point win over Masterboy Davies looks useful form after that runner-up was again second in a Punchestown bumper for Gordon Elliott and the Gigginstown House Stud recently.

He is another contender from the Russell-Wadge partnership, who are frequent visitors to the Ayr winners enclosure.
