MCKINZIE STREET (2) built on a nice third two starts back at Del Mar (Turf) with success as favourite over 6½f at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino (Dirt) five weeks ago, getting home by 6 lengths. Luis A Valenzuela scored on him last time and retains the ride. Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. CLASSY EMPIRE (4) resumes after a break of ten weeks. Won on debut to launch the last campaign over 6½f at Sunray Park. Should be prominent. BROWNSTONE (3) is ready to win after another minor placing last start, finishing second over 5½f at Prairie Meadows (Dirt) when he was prominent throughout. Needs to be at his best to beat this field but he deserves plenty of thought. MISSISSIPPI MAN (5) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino, beaten 6 lengths into fourth. Likely improver with strong top-three prospects.
