TAK GOES BOOM (6) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at Ascot, finishing fourth and only 1. 4 lengths from the winner at the end of 1m1f. Perfectly placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. SNIP'S ROCK (9) returned from a break of three months with a solid sixth last start at this track over 7½f. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Poses a serious threat. MAXIMUM IMPACT (8) did little and finished 10 lengths from the winner in 12th over 1m at Geraldton last start, a less impressive effort than his eighth at this track the run before. Finds an easier assignment and can take this out. ANOTHER NEPHEW (2) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when eighth over 1m2 1/2f at Belmont Park. Placed to advantage so expect a bold run.
