MAFEE (2) was prominent until they straightened last time but weakened to finish fourth over 6½f at Cranbourne. This looks a nice race so expect him to be right in the finish. ONE SPECIAL GIRL (13) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 2.75 lengths from the winner in fifth over 5f at Werribee. Has upside and can open her account. DREAMWRITER (9) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then she got a long way back and was beaten 5.5 lengths when sixth in a 5f contest at Mornington six weeks ago. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. ZOUMAN ALONG (11) debuted three-and-a-half weeks ago when he finished ninth over 6f at Geelong, beaten 5.5 lengths. Top-three chance with that run under his belt.
